Flowers & no receipt Exhibition
While visiting the surrounding ghost towns of Lützerath, I noticed that flowers symbolized various things. For the few remaining, it symbolized life. In a window of an abandoned home, I saw a Poppy flower, which I associated with loss and death, as it is in many cultures. So I asked myself the question: Can we bring this importance to current topics pertaining to climate change, where we are also acknowledging loss?
